This hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to get around. the rooms are clean and tidy, and some suites are spacious. the breakfast is filling and satisfies hunger. the night porter is friendly and on time for check-in. There is a possibility for a lovely view from the rooms.
The language barrier can make communication difficult, and not all staff members speak English.

The hotel location is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station. The suite I was provided with was very clean and spacious, and the breakfast offered was very filling. The night porter was waiting for me even though I arrived late, which was nice.
Everything in the hotel was in German, which made communication difficult as only the manager spoke English. It was a bit of a challenge to get information and assistance with anything I needed.

the decorations were nice and cheerful, it really got me in the Christmas mood. Another thing I enjoyed were the Christmas treats they offered, like cookies and hot chocolate. the location is also great, very close to the train station and easy to find. the atmosphere and location were the best aspects of this hotel.
My experience at this hotel wasn't all positive. the biggest issue was the language barrier, as all the information was in German and nobody really spoke English, making it difficult to communicate and understand important things like check-in and check-out times.
